Our Story
Two companies. One shared obsession with uptime. And a bet that customer service still matters in hosting.
GOZEN HOST started in 2012 when No9Webdesign and Pascm.Net merged. Both were already running profitable hosting operations since 2008. Both had loyal client bases. The merger wasn't a Hail Mary - it was the obvious next step for two teams that were already solving the same problems separately.
Web hosting is a crowded market. We knew that going in. But there's always room for a provider that actually picks up the phone. Customer service is what we're proud of - it's the thing we refuse to automate away with chatbots and deflection pages.

Where It All Started
No9Webdesign and Pascm.Net begin offering hosting services alongside web design. Two separate companies, same conviction: hosting should be reliable and support should be human.
First Dedicated Servers
Client demand outgrew shared hosting. We deployed our first dedicated servers - real hardware, full root access, managed by our team.
Managed VPS Launch
We launched our VPS platform - managed by default. Clients got the isolation of a virtual server without needing to be sysadmins.
The Merger - GOZEN HOST is Born
No9Webdesign and Pascm.Net merged to form GOZEN HOST. We moved to our first datacenter partnership with our own hardware - no more renting someone else's rack.
Multi-Datacenter Expansion
Added new datacenter locations to serve clients closer to their audiences. Redundancy wasn't optional anymore - it was the standard.
Full NVMe Migration & VPS Automation
Every spinning drive was replaced with NVMe. We also rolled out automated VPS provisioning - order placed, server live, no ticket needed.
Cloud Hosting & Full Self-Service
Launched our Cloud Hosting platform. Clients could now manage everything - scaling, backups, OS reloads - directly from the client area. No support tickets for routine operations.
Enhance Panel & Extended Options
Added Enhance Control Panel and expanded our product lineup - giving clients more control panel choices and management flexibility.
