Creating a Welcome SSH
Having a personalized greeting message when you log on to your Dedicated or VPS server, is something that many people like to do, first, you need to log on to your server as root, as soon as you are there you need to use your preferred editor and edit the file motd.
nano /etc/motd
Now type in the security login message you wish all users to see once they log in to your server through SSH.
Here is a message that you could use:

Now type Ctrl+o and Ctrl+x, that’s all you are done! Log out of the server and then log back in, you will receive your new greeting!
You can always try this using our Virtual Private Server products or a Bare Metal Server
